Meet the Team

Hana Gray has spent the last 6 years working on the business and raising her young son. A few years ago, Hana expanded the team and Mel Poole joined as Team Leader. Mel does everything from managing events, liaising with Partners, updating our website, creating newsletters, diary management and more. We couldn't do it without her!

In 2022, Clare Gray joined as Admin Assistant. Clare is responsible for setting up all new Partners on the Portal, creating our social media posts and is here to support partners and members with anything they may need.

You will generally see Leanne Holman, Events Co-Ordinator at our office management events, making sure everything runs smoothly! If you've been to The Office Management Awards, you'll have seen her handing out the trophies to our winners. These events wouldn’t be the huge success that they are without her.

And, our newest member of the team is Louise Tanner, Administrator, who is responsible for awards planning, social media, template updates and much more to come. She and Hana used to work together at RBS and they are so happy to now be working together once more.
