  • Advice and consultancy during the identification of office type/location and introduction to suitable agents and services to support you

  • Project management of all parties, contractors and internal staff for tasks, budgets and deadlines

  • Management of all logistics and assets such as furniture, fit-out

  • Process and document implementation such as for Health & Safety if applicable, on-boarding procedures and welcome packs

  • Liaison with your Landlord / Service Agent to ensure procedures are followed, support with dilapidations where necessary

  • Set up of supplier and service relationships, negotiating terms and prices to ensure the best possible deal

  • Other requirements, to be discussed during initial, free consultation.

We can work alongside existing staff as an extra pair of hands, take the lead role on projects or simply act as advisers to sound out ideas. We tailor our approach to your exact needs through the entire duration of the project.
