  • Hana Gray - The OMG

    Hana is a specialist office and facilities management consultant with over 20 years’ experience; she founded The Office Management Group in 2016 and a unique online resource, The Office Management Portal in 2017. Hana now helps businesses to review their office running, making improvements through on-the-job training, project management & support and health & safety consulting. Hana’s aim is to offer an all-encompassing and unique system of virtual and physical office management resources to help office and admin professionals, in the UK and all over the world, not just learn, develop and progress their careers; network, share and support; but also to celebrate, elevate and get recognition for their profession and become part of an ever-growing collective of like-minded office professionals.

  • Sarah Howson - Strategic PA Recruitment & BBO PA Network

    Sarah is an PA/EA professional with over twenty years of C Suite level experience. She began her journey straight from university assisting the CEO of a small start-up semiconductor company. Noticing an opportunity to bring together like-minded assistants and being passionate about networking, Sarah founded what is now Bucks, Berks and Oxon PA Network back in 2015. Sarah's talent for building relationships, recruiting and connecting people, as well as her extensive EA experience is a great foundation for launching Strategic PA Recruitment, a company focused on placing professional career Executive and Personal Assistants, Chief of Staff and Office Managers into organisations that understand and truly value the Business Support function within a business.

  • Lauren Bradley - The Officials

    Lauren Bradley is the award-winning founder of The Officials, an online platform that empowers assistants through community, courses and coaching. She is passionate about providing affordable and accessible training to the industry. Her career as an award-winning assistant and business owner spans nearly twenty years, where she has worn many hats including office manager, executive assistant, virtual assistant and private PA to HNWIs. A truly international powerhouse, Lauren is a corporate trainer, mentor and speaker. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA but now lives in London with her family where you can find her constantly neglecting her cup of tea.

  • Adrian Powell - Active Workplace Solutions

    As the owner of Active Workplace Solutions, I provide comprehensive and sustainable workplace solutions for a variety of commercial clients. I have nearly 40 years of experience in the workplace sector, starting as a trainee manager with Pickfords removals and progressing to various management and director roles since. In 2017 I was very proud to win the prestigious Institute of Directors 'Director of the Year' Award for London & the South East. I am also an active member of the IWFM, the professional body for workplace and facilities management..

  • Marianne Whitlock - Strategic PA Recruitment & BBO PA Network

    Prior to co-Founding Strategic PA Recruitment in 2019, Marianne was previously in Sales at a luxury Canadian train company and worked in the travel industry for over 15 years, specialising in client relationships and networking. Marianne has a passion for bringing people together and recognising strengths. Using her many years of experience working in close partnerships with a range of different stake holders Marianne is able to quickly forge strong connections and support others wherever she can. More recently Marianne has led and project managed several charity fundraising events.

  • Henrietta Barker - Assignment LDN

    Henrietta is a recruitment entrepreneur and one of the most networked talent acquisition leaders in the space. Her company, Assignment LDN, delivers a more innovative approach to recruitment and is committed to operating with absolute integrity and purpose. Through her popular Assistants Together podcast, she has been a consistent champion for greater recognition for the assistant community, connecting people all over the world.

  • Megan O'Connell - LendInvest

    Megan has been in office management for 7 years and has won three Office Management Awards in various categories. She now works at LendInvest where she manages offices in both London and Glasgow; Megan is a passionate networker in the OMG and has made numerous connections with many of the Group’s Members and partners. Her love for the Office Management profession and role is ever-growing and has always been excited to share her knowledge and experiences with her peers. Megan has been a host at The Office Management Show and has completed various office management training courses.

  • Niamh O'Sullivan - Radiance Property Services

    Niamh O’Sullivan is the Founder of Radiance Property Services, a Boutique Facilities Management company. Niamh had a vision to create a premium, bespoke Facilities Management service for high-end, corporate clients based in London. Radiance is built on core values such as excellence, client satisfaction and responsiveness in order to develop mutual, long-term relationships.

  • Sarah James - Savient Limited

    Sarah James has over 24 years’ experience in operationally supportive roles and is currently the People and Operations Manager at Savient Limited. During her time with Savient, Sarah was awarded Office Manager of the Year at The Office Management awards in July 2022. In 2021 she won the West Midlands PA Forum Ambassador for Change Award for her numerous CSR initiatives both for the company and for her local community. With Sarah’s support Savient have achieved silver CSR accreditation, as well as International CSR Excellence Award 2022 and Environmental Awards from The Green Organisation Awards in 2023.

  • Josh Cort - Lane7

    Josh has worked within the hospitality industry for over 10 years; his passion for creating memorable experiences, mixed with specialising in new business acquisition, makes him a sought-after expert in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked in various roles within the industry, including as a Pastry Chef, Front of House Management and Business Development Management. Josh is now Head of Corporate and Events for a large social entertainment group based in numerous cities across the UK. A career highlight for Josh was hosting a talk, at the Excel PA Show conferences, on how to run successful events.

  • Kate Turgoose - Funding Circle

    Kate is an accomplished Office Manager, winning the very first Office Manager of the Year award. With 20 years of experience in the admin sector ranging from Central Government all the way to Fintech. Kate is a huge advocate for mental health, with a particular angle for the administrative sector, and the LGBTQIA+ community, recently being named on the Fintech LGBTQIA+ Power List.
